On Tuesday evening, U.S. Rep. Tom Suozzi offered remarks on the U.S. House Floor in support of H.Res.187 which addresses the ongoing famine and blocked access to humanitarian aid in South Sudan. The remarks were delivered shortly before a vote by the U.S. House of Representatives on the legislation which was adopted by a vote of 411-2.
