This morning, Congressman Tom Suozzi (D – Long Island, Queens) appeared on MSNBC’s Morning Joe to discuss his recent trip to the Texas border, the President’s recent comments regarding “the squad”, and immigration.

“We need to make the humanitarian crisis at our southern border priority #1. The President has, once again, shifted the conversation away from important policy issues toward a racial divide in our country,” said Suozzi. “I don’t always agree with all the politics of the squad, but today I want to be an honorary member of the squad.”
